Information we collect

Contact form: when you use the Connect With Us form (Partner With Us or General Inquiry), we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, your real estate background and experience, and any message you write.

Calculator signup and lead forms: before you use our Deal Calculator or DSCR Calculator, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, which calculator you want, what you are interested in, and a short note about how we can help, along with your consent to be contacted.

Deal calculators: the property numbers you type into our calculators (such as purchase price, rehab budget, rent or loan terms) are calculated in your browser. We do not store or receive those numbers.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data such as your browser type and the pages you visit. We use a small cookie to remember that you have already signed up for our calculators, so you do not have to fill out the form again on the same device.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to evaluate properties and deals you share with us, to follow up about the financing or partnership questions you asked about, and to keep a record of our conversations with you.

We do not sell your personal data

STMH Investments, LLC does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Calls, texts and email

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that STMH Investments, LLC may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or ask us directly using the contact details below.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, email delivery and our customer relationship software), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website or online service can guarantee complete security, so please do not send sensitive financial information (such as bank account or Social Security numbers) through our forms.

How to request deletion
